Avocado, biltong and cheese

I am a great avo­cado fan, and I love this really quick and easy starter, and you can fill the avo­cado with almost any­thing that you like. I think the photo says it all, but here is the basic recipe.

Ingre­di­ents

Avo­cado, halved
Finely grated bil­tong
Finely grated cheese
Salt and pep­per to taste
Finely chopped mushrooms

Method

Mix the ingre­di­ents and fill your avo­cado. Sim­ple as that.
