300g Baby Pota­toes
250g Bacon
250g Mush­rooms, chopped
13 Green Pep­per
13 Red Pep­per
3 Cloves fresh gar­lic, finely grated
Knob of but­ter
Salt to taste

Boil the pota­toes, untill just done.

Fry the bacon until almost crispy, then add the chopped mush­rooms and pep­pers and fry for approx­i­mately five min­utes. Halve the boiled pota­toes and add this to the rest of the ingre­di­ents. Stir through and enjoy.
