Heleens Steak Pasta

12 braaied steaks (Or left over meat from your braai)

+- 350 g pasta of your choice
1 large onion
23 cloves garlic

Sauce Ingre­di­ents

1 heaped Tspoon brown onion soup
1 tspoon bisto
2 Tspoons chut­ney
+- a cup of water

Method

Cook the pasta accord­ing to the instruc­tions in a pot.

Fry the onions and gar­lic untill the onions become trans­par­ent. Remove the onions from te pan.

Sauce

In the same pan, mix the remain­ing ingre­di­ents with the water. Stir con­tin­iously untill the mix­ture thickens.

Then add all the remain­ing ingre­di­ents back into the pan and stir through.

Gar­nish with roughly chopped spinach.
