Driehoek Campsite, Clanwilliam, Cederberg

Driehoek campsite

Driehoek is a working farm situated in the heart of the Cederberg approximately 240 km from the mother city. This is a great starting point for many of the well known hikes in the Cederberg, such as Tafelberg, Maltese Cross, Panorama and Welbedaght Caves, Wofberg Cracks and Wolfberg Arch. There are also a number of short walks on the farm ranging from as little as .9km up to 2.3km to things to view such bushman paintings waterfalls etc.

For the mountain bikers there are enless roads and tracks to keep you busy with for many hours on end. Bring your own bike.

In summer there is a great pool in the river to cool down in, as it gets blisteringly hot here. In winter Driehoek gets very cold, with snow being recorded in the campsite. As you are camping in the mountains be prepared for all weather conditions.
